On the 09th November 2022, my partner took our car in for ``a full service, MOT, get the blowing exhaust fixed and to get them to fix back on the engine undertray``. The garage gave the car an MOT pass on this date, but said to us that the handbrake needs adjusting, and we would need to bring the car back for them on another day to fix this. My first question to them on this point was:- ``is the car safe to drive then with the handbrake needing to be adjusted, and how did you then pass it for its MOT`` Ricky (mechanic) responded by saying ``the car is perfectly safe to drive``. The Garage then mucked us around by having us take the car back on 4 separate days just to adjust the handbrake!!!! Each day the car would be left with them ALL DAY, and on each occasion when we went back in the evening to pick it up, Ricky (mechanic) would say ``we have not had time to fix the handbrake yet`` So on each day, they could not even be bothered TO ACTUALLY FIX THE HANDBRAKE or to give us a call or text to say that they would not be able to fix it on this particular day. Eventually after my contact with them and on the 4th day the garage finally got round to adjust the handbrake. Although, they never said sorry for mucking us around like this!! The garage charged us 230,00p cash only!! (they do not accept Credit or Debit Card Payments!!) for this `` full service, MOT, get the blowing exhaust fixed and to get them to fix back on the engine undertray ``, but we were not given any invoice / receipt. We have been in contact with Ricky (mechanic) since then to request an invoice, and he promised ``to sort out an invoice (months ago now)``. Suffice to say this has never happened and we still await our invoice. Also the ``low level oil light is now coming on``, and we wonder if they did not properly/fully fill this up during the full service?. Also the exhaust is now blowing again, so they did not fix this properly either?. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto exhaust system repair
