        I received an email stating my scheduled delivery date, with the option to change it. I did this because I knew I wouldn't be in on the original date they gave me. They completely ignored the fact that I'd changed the delivery date, and delivered on the date they originally stated in the email. What's the point of offering the option to change the day of delivery if they then ignore your choice? I now have to collect it from the delivery office, which opens for whopping TWO HOURS a day. And Royal Mail wonders why they're losing business to Evri...
