    Initially on the first day I've been told to replace the Door on my Range Rover Velar will take 3 to 5 days. In the end it took over 2 weeks. You can stay on the line for hours - no one picking up the phone, Michelle from the accounts picked up and said 'I don't need to apologise for your waiting, I am not in this department' - this is awful costumer service, especially for a manager. I do get 'we are short of staff' but may be after seeing all the comments that your staff is rude and that you never pick up, you should employ more people? Repairs are done, colour match exactly but the Door is not closing properly and I have been told it's because it's a new Door so the rubbers new to adjust :))) My Insurance deals with this Service unfortunately so will have to go back for them to repair, hopefully it will not take a month. Looking at the reviews now I can see these are genuine because we had to go through the same experience with the rude staff members, wasting time calling them etc.
