....an absolute joke, being used as a 'cash-cow' by the landlord so they can spend the profits on their NEW BUILD projects .....on the Thamesmead estate they now specialize in renting to 'hard to let' Tennant's, ie, those with drink and drug dependency issues, low level criminals , the occasional sex offender, illegal immigrants, and those that have failed miserably in the past to prove that they can live respectfully with others( ASBO muppets) its only a small estate so trying to excuse it away with the same old excuse that it represents society in general simply is not true, The landlord has withdrawn 90% of the service's ie Cleaning , Maintenance etc. and there is absolutely zero security ( the back of properties are easily accessable 24 hour's a day!).....the lack of responsibility expressed by HYDE HOUSING in the running of the Thamesmead estate is, though not Unlawful, criminal !...this post only scratches at the surface (too depressing to list everything) KEEP AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
