        This review is definitely about the staff not the facilities. The staff at the front desk, a lovely lady who is ALWAYS ready to help us, no matter the challenge and we appear to always have some form of issues to deal with. She's always so patient and helpful. Then the staff that supports swimming lessons and transition, is also helpful especially with my SEN child. Very understanding staff.

        The toilets need serious attention. One of them tips over if you don't sit perfectly central.

        The woman at the reception gets very angry and stressed. In the showers, there are flies and moths everywhere. The slide is very dangerous; when you go down to the last bit, you hit your head on the side. Many children were left crying My daughter is so scared to wash herself there. The water is very dirty and blurry (you cannot see underwater with goggles). It is a nice place for family swimming but the receptionists are RUDE!! I also dont understand how places are all sold out for swim for all when there are more than 24 places? My daughter was so desperate to go and she couldn't. i felt so bad! Moreover, when we are trying to shower, the water suddenly turns ice cold and my daughter comes out of the shower with soap still on her face and hair shivering. DISGUSTING
