Charged double for a area A two years ago, they did not send the booking email, denied it was the're mistake when I showed them there was nothing on my junk or emails. I called Hotmail regarding the problem and they said I hadn't received anything that might of been over looked. I was told I wouldn't have to pay again if i showed proof of calling and obtaining evidence from Hotmail but then was asked for repayment when I tried to re book.. Oh yes and on top of that very rude and unhelpful people with attitudes, not empathetic. No customer service experience what so ever. Not bothered and sound very Lazy. I advise you for your own benefit do not waste your time, effort and ESPECIALLY money with these people.

HI my name is Ion I just want to warn everyone about this dodgy agency. I'm a sole and I needed a "sentinel "card for my activity. I have in the Internet phone number of agency how can help you to get it because you need a sponsor and this dodgy agency was my sponsor that how catch the people. The person asked from 300 pounds for a sentinel card which in reallity is 90 pounds. They told me that they have jobs in undeground. After waiting 7 weeks instead 10 days how I was told. When at last I have got my "sentinel card" they told me that they have job for me in the office was one Romanian woman called Ioana don't trust her !!! She told the for the job I need the uniform and I can buy it from them with 60 pounds. Other companies give this uniform for free so don't make my mistake and pay to this crooks. Afree this I hAve worked 3 night sheets in undeground and I saw that this company is very dodgy I left. They didn't pay for my work till this moment. Because i'm very busy I have not time to take this bustards to court. But at least I want to wan everyone to get in the same trap how I have got.
