This company have a policy of taking customers money despite not being able to offer the service paid for. We had a significant flight delay, we kept in touch with them throughout our wait. They told us last minute that they couldn't accommodate our change and they cancelled our booking. They still took the full amount and refuse to offer even partial refund. They label themselves as a family friendly company but they are in fact inflexible and uncaring. They have taken to deleting my comments on their facebook page. The will not do the right thing. Do not trust them with your family or your money.

Friend was left stranded at an airport with two young children. Flight was delayed, they were notified and refused to changed times. So they didn't show up and still kept all the money.

We chose to book with family transfers as we wanted to make sure we had a transfer waiting for us with appropriate child seats. On a late arrival at the airport there wasn't anyone there, calls to the local contact and the 'emergency' number were a waste of time. Eventually we received a text suggesting we got a taxi. So we joined a long queue and had to hold my son on my lap. A stressful start to our holiday and a couple of days later we received an email apologising and offering us a complimentary transfer back to the airport. We were tentative to accept but were assured it was all confirmed so did. On departure day, no car arrived yet again and local/emergency contacts were again pointless. We tried to get a taxi quickly but were quite remote and that took quite some time meaning we missed our flight and again had to hold my son on my lap on the journey back to the airport. Family transfers added a lot of stress and expense to our family holiday. From reading the other reviews, they seem good if the cars arrive, but if they don't you are on your own believe me. A much better and cheaper option would be just to contact local providers directly and arranging car seats through them.
