I could not be more delighted with the superb service I get from Manage My Flat. They are brilliant at keeping tenants happy by responding very quickly and sorting out any issues. Happy tenants-happy landlord! They solve most problems themselves at no extra charge-a miracle in itself compared with other lettings agents Ive used. But even more so as they actually cost less than any other agent Ive used! Ben has been outstanding during lockdown at preventing voids. Like most landlords in London Ive had a lot of tenants moving out. Ben is a master at using social media to get new tenants. Do yourself a favour and try them!
