Loving this place , Aidan is the best physio therapist ever God bless him , he's a magical person Im so happy after I sow him! He knows what his doning, he might asking to much but it make sense I can walk again!! Thank you guys again I was so down because of the pain but no more after being in this place! love you all . Big thanks to Chloe I believe that she's the owner and can't even recommend this place enough simply its the best .

Aiden is an absolute top flight physical therapist (physio]. As a former athlete, I've worked with many, and he is as good as they come. Aiden combines the spirit and understanding of an athlete (he's a competitive rower), with an engineer's mindset toward the science and creation of a customized treatment plan for healing, restoration, and optimized performance. Athletes or weekend warriors with no history of injury would also learn to function better and perform stronger, physiologically speaking, under his care. He will optimize the way you move through a targeted training approach. His kind and patient manner means that he is constantly listening and tuned in. My experience with both him and the administration of Bodies Under Construction has been both gratifying and seamless.

Thank you Stefania for an amazing 121 Pilates session. I have always found Pilates quite daunting as I have never done reformer pilates before but you were kind, patient and really helped me throughout the session. I look forward to all my sessions with you. I would highly recommend Bodies under construction
