        Stephen is an awesome trainer and a true professional. I not only achieved my fitness goals but also learnt a lot about healthy living. The program was completely tailored to my needs. I cannot recommend NPT highly enough!

        This is an excellent place to do strength training! I had many PT in my life in different places, but for the first time it was a structure, a proper approach to a strength training. I become stronger mentally and physically, and for the first time I felt so much energy after gym. I trained with Gemma, and she was truly amazing - she tailored our training to my needs (I had an injury, and she change the program, so I could recover and train at the same time). She is extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt recommend her and this gym more!

        I started my journey of fitness with Stephen at NPT gym. Stephen didn't only teach me the correct forms, but he made me aware of the importance of nutrition, a crucial aspect of my fitness journey. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I can't recommend him enough. My whole perspective toward fitness and my relationship with food changed in a positive way after being trained by him. Thank you so much!
