Called this company for advice as they are professionals and because my MA tutor had requested a prototype of promotional packaging for my concept luxury business, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me several times whilst I was trying to explain and spoke to me in a condescending tone as if I didn't know how to spell or what I was talking about. Updated: Sorry but respectfully I know which company I had rung and it was 100% this one. Really disappointed that you turned to lie and state I contacted another company when I hadnt, you could have just apologised.

At Priestfield in Bournemouth our business requires high quality prints for documentation and presentation boxes. Great business. BoxSmart are the first British print service that also lets us have 90 days financing for free. Amazing boxes printed on great material, thickness and the customer service was great too. Will definitely use them again. Getting my boxes within just two weeks of when they helped me make them to measure. Thanks David

Incredible service. Super efficient and very reasonably priced. Amazing design ideas, very detailed presentation of their services and customer support was outstanding. Communication was swift, plenty of options were described and shown and they were incredibly friendly and informative. Highly recommend and will definitely conduct more business with them.
