I do not recommend this salon. Gel manicure started chipping and peeling off very badly after 3 days, and left my natural nails in a very bad condition. I have asked for a refund (I have paid 45 for gel manicure with removal) but the owner said that after 48h from manicure, it is not her business anymore; there was zero compromise on her end and willingness to resolve the issue. The owner was referring to 'salon policy' that is nowhere to be found. Spare yourself some money and do not go there. . Service: Gel manicures

Do not expect any decent level of service from this salon. I had the worst gel manicure in London that started chipping less than a week after the appointment (that has never happened to me with gel). The actual appointment (simple gel manicure + removal of the old one) took whopping 1hr45mins instead of promised 1hr. When I mentioned to Elodie (master) that I would like to avoid damaging the nail and overfilling it, she ended up not fully removing previous gel and leaving chunks of it on my nails. She then proceeded to apply new gel on top of the chunky uneven base. During the process of cuticle removal, she managed to damage my skin on few fingers that resulted in small sores and skin inflammation. When I addressed the issue with chipped nails and asked for options, the salon owner simply started blaming me for having dry nails and not looking after them. She did not acknowledge any responsibility and refused any further service on the basis that it was not their fault. To top it off, she ended up claiming that I made other customers uncomfortable by coming to the salon and asking for a separate chat with the manager to discuss the issue (as I couldnt reach them on the phone or via Instagram). The salon has a very pleasant design, great selection of colours and an adorable office dog, but if good service is important to you and you dont want to be treated like garbage, avoid this place at all costs.
