We have been a tenant with Glenthorne Properties over 2 years now. They have always been reliable, responsive and professional. They respect us as tenants, understand that the rented property is our home and make sure that we are comfortable. They also communicate any issues and act solution oriented. I can only imagine they must be the same with landlords if not better. We appreciate the friendly team. Can't recommend them enough.

Glenthorne Properties (Letting Specialist) are just that, Specialists in their field. The Lettings Team; specifically Lesley Hancock (Senior Negotiator), was not only very professional and knowledgeable (in all things Lettings) but she was also very patient in explaining all the queries/questions I bombarded her with, on the property we rented (2016-2023). Being an Independent Lettings Agent, they not only provided a personalised service but more importantly, both Lesley and her colleague Mark Harper (who assisted with my accounts queries), continued to provide a 1st Class Service throughout my dealings with them. Very great experience letting from Glenthorne Properties. Lesley and the team were very helpful throughout the process and were more than happy to assist me with any questions and queries I had. Never had any issues with communication and assistance, and as a new resident to London and the UK, this is all I could ask for!
