If only everything in life was as easy as buying a carpet from Mr Carpet! One associated buying carpets as a bit of a chore; not here. First rate customer service delivered by Jack and the team. Professional, pragmatic and super-efficient, Jack offers clear, honest advice based on a wealth of experience in the trade. Great communication throughout the whole process, too. From the meeting just before lockdown when the carpets were chosen to the fitting (as soon as lockdown was relaxed) the service has been communicative and professional. With carpets and vinyl laid (two different teams of fitters) for our tenanted property the Mr Carpet team worked around other trades and the tenants in occupancy to fit. Tenants are very happy. Landlords happy. Mr Carpet happy. All in a Lockdown time!
