Caroline and Nick have been very supportive and helpful during our purchase process. Although there were some issues during the process, they both have been very calm and patient to assist, which makes the situation easier to handle. I would have no hesitation recommending Caroline especially, as she was my main point of contact and nothing seemed too much trouble. I very much enjoyed renting my current residence with RiverHomes. They were ber professional at all stages both before and after signing of the deal and moving in. In particular they were highly detailed oriented, highly responsive, understanding and followed through our various requests. I normally dread dealing with real estate agents (I have experience in NYC, Melbourne and London) and this was my first pleasant experience. I'm not sure what their secret sauce is, but I had interactions with at least 5 people from the company and they were all female ... Correlation? Causation? I'm not sure, but highly suggestive ...
