I booked an appointment with this company and they never turned up. I never received any apology when trying to re book. Nadia said if you only have 10 we cant work with you . Who buys carpets for 10? Why would you assume that? Ive obviously decided to go somewhere else. Worst customer service Ive ever received. The shop is also bad vibes.

Had a small job that needed doing by a quick deadline, and they were incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted in time for the deadline. The fitters were lovely, worked very quickly, and left the room in great condition. Very happy!

I'm a landlord of a rented house in Putney and needed carpets replacing during a quick turnaround between tenancies. John was incredibly helpful, advising on the choice of carpets for three rooms and stairs and providing an extremely fast service on supply and fitting. The decorators moved out, carpets went in and the house looked stunning. The fitters did a great job taking up the old carpets and removing everything from the house, leaving it tidy and ready for the new tenants. I am very glad to have found a local carpet firm that can provide such a good service and I shall gladly return to B & R Carpets next time.
