        Had an MOT booked at nation tyre centre and they cancelled on the day so I called Wadhams and they were able to book me in the next day. Nice and friendly guys. Will defo use them for future car needs. I didnt catch his name but the man working kindly helped me get a dent out of my car for free which I really appreciate!

        Took my car in for MOT. I am not happy with the attitude of staff. I was made to feel unwelcome and found the staff rude. I tried to ask if any problems but just told its on there in black and white and that was it. Oh, and did you get my message ? Yes you left a voicemail 5 minutes before I called Im asking you did you get my message . I mean, what was I supposed to say. It just felt very aggressive and completely unnecessary behaviour. I wont be going back again and dont recommend. A previous customer summed it up well; Good service is not just about the repairs to a vehicle, but how you talk to your customers. Not going back, sorry.

      Good service is not just about the repairs to a vehicle, but how you talk to your customers. Not going back, sorry.
