Wixted & Co Ltd

Dont bother with Wixted. They will cost YOU money. I was sent to have a medical for my hearing loss claim. This was arranged by Wixted. I had to travel out of my area to attend this appointment. Wixted have not paid their bill. Because of this I have been persistently hounded by medical hospital for me to pay it. The bills I have received have been forwarded to Wixted over the last two years and they have not paid. The claim did not pay me out as I expected so now I am expected to be out of pocket. I am a pensioner living off a state pension.

Used this firm to get my pension back on a no win no fee basis and my case was lost as the courts found in favour of the pension provider. They said they would appeal for me but wanted MANY thousands of pounds to act on my behalf. Needless to say I didn't have thousands of pounds so they back heeled me. The pension provider then LOST in the court of appeal so I returned to wixted and Co to see of they could help but they said NO even though they couldn't lose! I went elsewhere and here I am 6 years later STILL awaiting my compensation, I will win eventually but wixted certainly are NOT the go to place if you want help

Made a claim for occupational asthma, was diagnosed on my doctors notes to be told by wixted that in their opinion they feel its unlikely I have asthma! Presumably scared away by my big American employer? Edit: wixted and Co did leave a reply to my review excusing themselves from any wrong doings but have now decided to remove the comment, get a solicitor that speaks to you personally is my advice even if that's only on a phone

If you want the best use wixted & co, I'm glad I did, my claim was successful, A claim isn't won over night, it can take years, nearly 4 years in my case. I was informed by phone and letter throughout, and received a compensation payment from my old employees. Some of my old work colleagues, used a different firm and received nothing. So my advice, use wixted and co, 10 out of 10 from me.
