Remarcable Design

Zoom have been using Remarcable to update and improve our London office for the past 2 years. They were recommended to us by another company in the same building. Our latest project was driven by a desire to provide our teams a more future aligned hybrid workspace. Remarcable designed and built us an upgraded break out area with more facilities, that nurture our growing team plus additional casual themed comfortable meeting room spaces. They have been fantastic in providing quick and efficient support and design solutions with any adaptations that we have made to the office or issues we have had with our existing services, which helped us to continue working with minimum interruption. We commissioned Remarcable to design and build our new Bespoke Reception area, create the wow factor and help create a lasting first impression for our visiting clients. They also redesigned the atmosphere within our client-facing areas and meeting rooms with new furniture, wall coverings and textures. Ibis Capital is a specialist investment and corporate advisory group focused on digital disruption across the global media, education and health sectors, so as well as being welcoming the design had to portray our values of customer service excellence, accuracy, balance and innovation. We liked their team and their thorough and easy process made us feel confident from the initial meeting to the delivered product that our brief would be met. The bespoke furniture was designed to have subtle, yet smart references to our sister company EdTechX, through the balance elements of the shelving to the handles of the bespoke furniture. Our logo on the wall was uniquely presented with a world map backdrop made out of Venetian plaster, their design ideas were interesting, creative and very much on brand! Having been recommended to us we reached out to Remarcable in the capacity of Design Consultants for a new surgery space that we are creating in Battersea Power Station. Remarcable Design optimized our space plan allowing for larger surgery space, maximized natural light throughout the practices, and created smart storage in key areas to aid workflow and reduce clutter. I have both mixed practices and private practices under 2 developing brands and it is very important to me to have carefully designed staff rooms and reception areas improving comfort and usage for both staff and patients. Included in the scope was to coordinate surgery layout and equipment with our suppliers and aid with component choice and cabinetry to gain space and add functionality. We enjoyed working with Reni and Marc because they understood patient flow and the importance of creating the WOW factor for visiting clients.
