I understand that patients running late is disruptive, but please put a notification on your website or in your text appointment confirmations that this is what will happen if patients are late.

Made me feel so comfortable with my anxiety and he was so patient with me and so calm during the procedure
Super professional dentist and left feeling safe and secure with my teeth again
