Dr Aalok Shukla was warm, friendly and thoroughly professional throughout. The reception staff were attentive and always bent over backwards to adapt my appointments around my diary restrictions. The whole process was simple, easy, hassle-free, and I was made to feel I was their priority. It might be strange to refer any orthodontic treatment as a complete pleasure, but in this case I think it would be completely right to call it that. In 6 months the team have straightened and whitened my teeth in time for my wedding. I look back at photos and wonder why I didn't have braces years ago! I didn't need to take any time off work either as appointments were available convenient.
