My neighbour and I asked for quotes for work to be carried out. When I got my quote thankfully I went through it in detail and found it included repairing non-existent cracks. I contacted them and asked for a revised quote. They revised the description of the work that needed doing but not the price! I had to ask several times but just kept being sent the same price. In the end the person I was in contact with told her colleagues to send me a revised price the following day but I didn't hear anything. My neighbour also had communication problems so we contacted another authorised installer. This company was no only cheaper for my work but advised my neighbour that the work they had been quoted for didn't need doing.

I highly recommend this company. I called about a failed lintel and they turned up and fixed it the next morning. Cost was reasonable and the team of guys they sent were very friendly and helpful. Work was to a high standard and they cleaned up all the mess before leaving. Great job!

Very good company to work with, from start to finish we had no problems all members of CSL, very respectful when they worked on the inside. Which is very nice to see . Good job well done.

After several hours of browsing and multiple site visits from different building companies with the hope of finding highly rated structural engineering company for a complex structural project at my property, I came across City Structural online and saw their gallery of similar projects they had worked on. I emailed them and they got in touch and offered to visit the site to inspect the job and provide quotation. All I can say is our experience with City Structural from that moment onward through to project completion has been excellent. There was clarity right from the start, communication was also very good before, during and after the project. All members of staff on site were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. They were also respectful of neighbors and other occupiers within the building by cleaning after themselves before leaving daily. I was much more impressed with the project managers as they were very experienced, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whenever a problem/issue was flagged, they were there ready to find a resolution to ensure the project was executed and completed successfully. I highly recommend City Structural and I am certain I will be going back to them in future if I need any structural work/looking to have an extension or conversion done at my property.
