I came to Spirohealth in so much pain in my back and hips. I hadnt been able to get good sleep for a long time because of the constant pain. I had been to different chiropractors and osteopaths and while I would get temporary relief , it wasnt long lasting. At Spirohealth I had twice weekly sessions with Bria who gently manipulated the vertebrae in my spine and just after a few sessions I felt so much better. I got advice on what type of shoes to wear, what kind of mattress and pillow to sleep on. I have now finished the recommended program and am completely pain free, my sleep and breathing have improved and so has my posture and mood. I highly recommend Spirohealth. Totally changed my life. My first experience with Spirohealth was actually as a practitioner. Being frustrated with other techniques and their inconsistencies, Natalie introduced me to ABC and the results blew me away! Natalie and her team are fantastic, I highly recommend them!

I have been having adjustments at Spirohealth for quite a few years now and they are amazing! . I see Natalie for my treatments and she's great , very knowledgeable in her field and I always feel so much better after my adjustments. I overall have much less back pain than I did , my posture is so much better , I would say their treatments are life changing and I highly recommend Spiro health.

To all those who know their body is 'out of alignment and who feel worn and torn due to the stresses and strains in their lives, I recommend you try the ABC treatment given at Spirohealth Putney. It has helped me immeasurably following 3 years' workload as my mothers 24/7 carer until her death from Alzheimers. I was left with the sensation of having a block of concrete across my upper back and of being unable to move my head freely from side to side, along with other aches and pains. This blockage has been rectified by this amazing spinal column-postural correction method. Slowly but surely. Wholeheartedly, I recommend the practitioners and staff at ABC Putney as kind, humane, and caring people. New friends. Self-evidently, one visit cannot mend an aching body but, in addition to the ABC treatments, Spirohealth offers helpful knowledge and guidance (from footwear to how best to sit, stand, and sleep) to support you in repairing yourself. If you are not near Putney in London, call them and ask where their ABC colleagues are located because ABC is spreading slowly outwards from London.
