Projects that Deliver

I worked with Clare during the summer and, as I run an events business, my business is very process driven. With Covid and the constant changing and adapting of the business, working with Projects That Deliver created a great opportunity to look at the process within my business, and how the processes can be adapted very quickly should I need to. Clare was a great listener, and more importantly put lots of things into action. I was able to easily see what I needed to adapt, what needed to be ditched, and what I should keep. I had a session with Clare to talk through how my business is currently working - processes, systems and future ideas. Clare captured all the information at lightning speed and was able to sort it into an order to show how well things are going and where there are some actions that I need to take. I had a planning session with Clare and it was absolutely fantastic! I was a little overwhelmed with how to streamline my processes and I was stuck with how to move forward. Clare was brilliant. She is personable and she put me at ease, helping me to make sense of what I need to do, helped me recognise areas that needed a little work, and even helped me with an action plan.
