I had my first appointment with Georgie not too long ago. Service overall was ok. Although I did feel like I was being rushed throughout and at times it felt like she didnt really want to work with me. I saw the reviews prior about how she had thoroughly explained the process really well to other clients and made them feel at ease, but I felt that I did not get the same thorough guidance. She didnt opt to discuss how I wanted them at first before she was about to start, but she did take the time to look at an example of how I want my brows done (when I asked her) and she took the time to ask me how I dark I want my brows which was reassuring. Although I must say the final shape was not the same as the one I had shown in the picture (which was a lot thinner and more natural looking). Her method made the shaping far too thick/wide, high and boxy due to the way the dye was placed and shaped. I felt really self conscious and saddened when leaving her treatment room and waking in public as it just wasnt a natural look at all. I also felt she was quite dismissive when asking questions after about the shape and fading etc. The professional rapport just didnt hold up to what I was expecting from the other client reviews. I was quite surprised as well seeing how nice the other reviews were. It might just be that I physically wasnt her expected/preferred type of client. These types of appointments can be very daunting so its really important to feel like youre being given the same respect and welcoming atmosphere as everyone else. My skin also broke out from the procedure which has never happened to me with a brow treatment before. Very clean and pleasant environment though, played good music too. She was also early in starting and overall she seemed somewhat friendly. I wanted to leave a much more positive review but I did pay my hard-earned money for this service and sadly it wasnt the best outcome from my visit so I feel that this feedback is balanced and fair.
