Rude. I didnt even finish the treatment even though I had booked 6 sessions in advance. Forced me to leave a good review otherwise couldnt not book your next appointment WTF! Money wasted but better not to deal with this lady anymore! Bad person Meeta.

Please do not go here!Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, my eyelashes have all fallen out and my eyebrows are only just growing back. And not only did I have a bad service I had to wait for her to arrive, she was 30 mins late. My friend also had the same problem.

Terrible - I paid upfront for a course of 6 sessions. The owner then closed this store down and said i had to go to Harrow to finish my course, which i cannot do. She won't pay me back so has effectively stolen 300 from me. All this after continuously cancelling and rescheduling all other appointments. Avoid any other stores or anything to do with this brand or lady, Meeta Patel.

0 Stars. Bad service and bad attitude. Several times she wasn't there when I went for my appointment and took days to reply. I have small children and it was very inconvenient and a total waste of time rushing there to find she hadn't bothered to turn up. You can be sure if you're in any way late she'll be extremely rude. If your'e going for laser she rushes and leaves patches all over and deliberately doesn't use the highest strength, to keep you coming back presumably... I had asked her use highest strength, and she lied and said she had, later she said she hadn't because it can burn the skin as an excuse. You can tell it's very mild. Try somewhere else with some professionalism instead, get what u pay for!
