The environment is relaxing and comfortable and I always leave feeling great. The waxing is extremely professional and massage amazing. For the price it is beyond worth it. I truly have no faults. Eva has ruined my face and my life by performing micro needling on it which caused post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. I am now under the care of a private dermatologist who has stated that what Eva has done has led to deeper , darker and larger pigmentation than I originally had. Also the dermatologist stated that micro needling should not be done on Asian or black skin let alone on a woman in her fifties as the whole premise behind it is collagen production and I unfortunately fall in both these categories! I thought Eva was a professional who knew what she was doing but clearly I was wrong and I have paid a heavy price. Eva did not even have the decency to try to remedy what she had done . I have spent hundreds of pounds of my own money on medical fees, creams , camouflage products , cover up makeup, uv protection creams etc etc let alone the damage it has done to my mental health and self esteem. My face looks like a joke. The only thing Eva offered to pay for is free face waxing which just pulled off the remaining good skin on my face! By the time she had finished the face waxing I looked like I had been in a traffic accident. I am the worst advert for her salon ever . My skin is so sensitive now with the micro needling that I dare not ever do anything to it . And I cannot now even open the door to delivery drivers etc without putting full makeup on . Eva has affected the way I live my whole life and I can no longer go swimming as all the camouflage make up comes off . The list of things I cannot do as I used to is endless

I have been a customer of Evas since 2011 and cannot praise her enough. The best waxing services around, Eva is kind and makes you feel 100% comfortable.
