After going to get a Laptop repaired and being quoted 65 for a "repair" the Mini Mobile Shop decided to take on the repair, the man behnd the counter stateing "if it broke again we could come back and it would be free of charge" bare that fact in mind when reading the rest of this. Less than a month later the laptop which had been repaired popped back open because until that moment we didn't know but all they had done was with nothing but super glue. Now i don't want to sound like i've got a big head however when you state "repair" you'd think something a lot more professional then just Super glue. Anyways on arrival of of the second collection the man behind the counter stated his "engineer" required another 45 for the second "repair" and by repair they meant two more globs of super glue. Anyways after confronting him stating that if I truly wanted to I would have just super glued it myself. The original repair price of 65 was over priced and to do that repair would have cost a lot cheaper somewhere else, The man behind the counter didn't appreciate me knowing about computers and protested that someone would have to pay. After a long stand off he grew silent and then took the laptop back after saying "Let me look at it" then put it in the glass case which he sits behind, After doing that I said "Do you want me to take your laptop and see if you give me the laptop back?" He then procceeded to call his "boss" a character named "Sanjay" he then spoke gibberish to "Sanjay", After me telling what they did wrong and both of them hurt from the truth and shutting them down he threatened me stating "Don't come back here again, I know your face." Which I personally found hilarious. Do not go and put your money into this business because it is not worth it, They are scammers, they are rude and they are not professional what so ever. Please don't work with these characters they are not worth your time or your money. Spread the word, Stay safe.

Terrible!! Rip off!! Avoid!! They wanted 65 for fixing a screen. Upon pickup I immediately saw colours were off, so settled for a lesser price (45 which is still too high for this disgrace). Soon noticed more problems - screen unresponsive to colour change settings, very dark/green display, glitchy & flashy, touchscreen partly unresponsive, the whole thing clearly badly connected. Went to complain; the person who "fixed" it claimed not to see a problem & refused a refund. Spoke to someone higher, got a measly 10 back. Are you serious?! Few days later (phone was laying on my desk, unused) the whole screen is coming off!! The entire display is peeling off the phone frame!! The level of unprofessionalism, denial & refusal of owning up to a badly done job is shocking. Avoid avoid avoid this place!!

Went there on a Sunday to buy a screen protector for my Samsung galaxy s10. The screen protector came off within an hour. When I went back for replacement on the same day the shop was closed. I went back next day to ask for a replacement or refund if they don't have a good quality protector and the guy said that they know that the protectors for samsung s10 don't attach well, because they are curved but he can't replace it. I needed to go back to the shop again next Sunday to find the guy tha he had sold it to me. So, next Sunday I went there at 5.53 and the guy that had sold the screen protector to me, was already closing the shop (the shop supposes to close at 6). He said that he can't assist me because he is closing and I need to come next Sunday for a replacement or refund. I explained that I will be abroad for 2 weeks, so I will not have a screen protector for a long time if doesn't do it now. I showed him the faulty protector but he didn't want to help and that moment. So, after 3 weeks I went back there today and he said he can replace it. The only brand he had to replace it was the one that I had bought and it was faulty. So, I asked for a refund. His answer was that he can't refund me because he needs to see the broken protector.. after 3 weeks. Very dissatisfied and a big waste of time.
