DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit due to them charging double the amount of money as agreed prior to the work carried out. They are complete cowboys that have no clue what they are doing.

We made the mistake of calling out Aspect to deal with a drainage overflow. Two guys with two vans came (one would have been enough to deal with the immediate problem) and spent much of the time pressing us to contract them for follow up work. Eventually they alarmed us enough about the risks for us to pay the 50% deposit on this large sum, which they insisted was required immediately. Later we thought the better of it and obtained quotes from other companies who turned out to be significantly cheaper as well as having better reviews. They also confirmed that some of the jargon used in the Aspect hard sell was nonsense. When we tried to have our deposit returned from Aspect it was netted off against a wildly inflated (we think doubled) initial call out charge for the two engineers. All attempts to have this rectified have been met with the line well look into it and get back to you. Of course they did not and we are still out of pocket.

WARNING- aspect require bank details in order to book a job. They took payment for a job that was not successfully done, the engineer completely failed to fix the problem, I sent aspect photos to show the issue was exactly the same. Yet they still took full payment and refuse to refund. Its shocking a well known company can get away with this. Please check these reviews before considering if you should use them.
