Palletways

This is the worst company that I have every dealt with. I would give them 0 stars if possible. My employee had a shipment of 9 devices that were all nicely packed on a pallet, wrapped in cellophane foil and secured by ratchet straps. They took the boxes from the pallet, kept the pallet and straps and lost one of our boxes in the process. That box contained a device whose value is irreplaceable, as we cannot afford to lose any of the tested devices. If you want to ship anything of value avoid that company like the plague!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Avoid this company, they said they were coming at 5...turned at 3:30 when nobody was in....then sent my bath back to the shop...now to need to get it re shipped to them. Terrible company.

Absolutely hopeless. The guy just left a huge parcel of over 100 kgs on the roadside and left! And the company just hung up on me when I called them. I dont know how to bring it in!! I did not even use this company/ it was freighted to me!!! By Dunhelm where I ordered the table. Rude people and hopeless service.

Stay away from this very bad company. Cancel your order if they work with this company. Leaving a pallet on the high road is a danger for the customer and the general public. Avoid!
