I wouldn't have been bother with the poor quality if the staff had considered fixing the obvious issues pointed out which would have taken about 10-15 mins to fix. They instead chose to be very rude and indicate that I'm being "very fussy and haven't bought a new shoe". Sorry, for 35 for a quick fix, you would expect some basic level of workmanship. The shoe looks like its just been glue gunned together now.
Timpson management need to seriously consider upskilling their employees at this store. I should have read the old reviews before considering to burn my money down here. Highly disappointed with quality and service.
