Deal with them at your peril. The rep of this company who crashed his van into my car is a nasty piece of work. Dented and scraped my car outside my kids school- he wasn't honest enough to leave a note or wait for me, it was several other parents who saw it and alerted me. I waited for him to return, politely confronted him. I took his details, took photos but now of course he is denying anything happened. He's one of those dishonest types. We have several witness accounts and plenty of photos and video so will be pursuing this further. Edit: The man in question was an Irish guy in his 50s or 60s.

Unfortunately I have to say I wouldnt want my worst enemy to go through what I have been through this morning. This company was was informed by the housing association who they contract for. I had a blockage on the communal soil stack which meant if any of the neighbours above flushed there toilet all the sewage water backed up to my toilet and bath and the rest Ill leave to your imagination. I was left dealing with this issue for over 10 hours. The housing association informed the company at 2 oclock and at this point Im having to empty out the sewage water manually in a bucket from 10 am my back was in so much pain from kneeling down and bending. I recieve an email from the housing saying drainaid will contact me which they never, I made contact with them and once I did the guy said he hasnt been instructed so I call the housing back who then made contact with drainaid. The guy from drainaid said he will contact me when the engineers are ready it is now around 4pm and the leak is uncontrollable my back pain is getting worse water is everywhere I call them back and guy over the phone had a bad attitude very unhelpful his attitude was he dont care and to wait my turn. At the end I decided to pay a drainage company to help me unblock the soil stack I couldnt Bare it any longer my flat was literally flooding I have 2 boys they were getting scared and panicking. Please stay clear of this company as they have let me down big time. P.s I will be taking this up with the housing association.

Please avoid this company at all costs. They will take the money from the council but will not get the job done. One of the staff Lee Tolley is extremely rude and aggressive towards woman. When he got called out on his behaviour instead of apologising he got really arrogant and rude and threatened to not send anyone in. Update: Ive been asked by the company to remove this review in 24 hours if not they would press charges, I see now how they silence their customers. They also told me if I have a problem I should speak to someone from the company and they would help me. However, when I called to complain they immediately told me they would not take the complaint. So please stop contradicting yourselves because it will not work with every customer.
