        The most absurd situation Ive ever had, apparently there was something wrong with my prescription..? And Ive been waiting a whole hour for absolutely nothing. Absolutely insane. Do NOT recommend!I am not satisfied with the service at the pharmacy. every month I give an electronic prescription and when I go to pick up half of the medicine is missing. I check with the GP and it turns out everything is fine with the prescription. I go again and in a month they give me another incomplete set. I am forced to change the pharmacy!!!

        I asked the lady at the till if I could collect my online prescription and she told me they were going to open at 3pm and i had to wait when it was 2:59pm. She made me wait that 1 minute. Then made me wait another 5 minutes while she was on the computer. Then gave my prescription which was ready to hand over which took her about 30 seconds to do..

        This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the entirety of Dagenham. The workers are absolutely under-trained. They don't even know how basic prescriptions work. Out of 5 employees only one, and I repeat, only ONE man, knew how to get out prescribed medicine. Absolutely outrageous.
