Horrendous service on numerous occasions Never get a full order and never on time Do not rely on this company I was promised a date for delivery of flu vacs and despite e mails and calls it arrived after the vessel sailed Now they wont accept Vacs back I stopped using this company years ago due to incomplete orders and late delivery etc,but I went back in desperation NEVER AGAIN! Only thing that has changed is that receptionists struggle with English Stay away

We moved to LE West from a different medical supplier that caused nothing but problems. They (previous supplier) would regularly send us out of date or short shelf life items. I must have complained to my logistical department so many times that they eventually looked for a new supplier (getting Tenecteplase with 8 days shelf life was the last straw). They decided to go for LE West and what a breath of fresh air they are. Unlike the 1 star review, we have not had a single problem with getting stock from them. We always ask for long expiry dates and they send them as requested. The packing list they provide lists all items with their expiry dates and a quick cross check as you are receiving them confirms this to be true dates. Our previous supplier would take 3 weeks or longer to deliver the items, LE West have delivered in under a week. This may seem a long time but working on a DSV I would have to place the order with our previous supplier 3 weeks' prior to sailing in for resupply. If I have a sudden outbreak or use more stock than normal then I would have to wait several weeks more before getting our resupply when we sail in. With LE West I've ordered within 5 days of sailing in and it has been delivered to our warehouse before arriving at the port ready for us. This is our 3rd year with LE West and we have no complaints at all and I highly recommend them.
