        I recently purchased several bollards, bike stands, and shelters from Shelter Store, and I had to come on here and write a review about my experience. Working with Miz and his assistant Jay has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a patient and thorough manner. What really impressed me, however, was their dedication to making sure that my order was delivered and installed properly. Miz and Jay were in constant communication with me throughout the process, keeping me updated on the status of my order and making sure that everything was delivered on time and to my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service is truly exceptional. It's clear that they take great pride in their work, and they genuinely care about ensuring that their customers are happy and satisfied. Overall, I would highly recommend Miz and Jay from Shelter Store to anyone in need of bollards, bike stands, and shelters.         After being let down by numerous suppliers we got in touch with shelter store for adjusting our current shelter and installing a few bike stands. MD Luke visited us immediately and explained what was possible and had everything done a week later. Will definitely look to place more orders in the future.

        Great service, thank you Jay :) UPDATE Actually I was asked to leave a positive review before they would dispatch. We have since discovered the bollards are not fit for purpose as weve had so many problems with them e.g. Keys not working so extremely difficult to open and close. And now two completely fill up with water - so what happens in the winter when the water freezes!!!!
