UPS Barking

As with so many others I waited home for delivery and received a missed delivery attempt email no attempt was made and no note was left at the door signifying an attempt had been made. I inquired to change to an access point and was unable to do so. The only option I was given was to travel over 2-hours round trip in order to collect my package from UPS Barking and haul the package home myself. Not much of a delivery service if you ask me!

Worst courier service ever, its been so many time the parcel from ups is never delivered to me and it says no one was available at the time of delivery which is a complete lie i have even made complaint about the driver in my area but still the same . I also have a ups access point just next to my house but he drops it at the shops which are 1miles away or some time 1.6 miles away .. WORST DRIVERS

Incompetent liars. The worst delivery service and depot I have ever had the displeasure of having a package delivered by and I will never use them again! These people have lied several times about attempting to deliver my package and then have lied again to me on when they will redeliver it. It is ridiculous that three weeks later these people have consistently evaded doing their job and have lied at every single point. Calls on calls and no attempts to deliver what they were hired to do, absolutely horrible service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. ----------- It's clear that they've had the same issue for a long time and are just liars and scammers. I will be reporting you to the business bureau

Yet again, the tracking is marked as Tried to deliver but no one was home, when I am clearly am at home. No one had arrived, no one had attempted the delivery and the driver still has time to deliver based on the allocated slot. Riddle me that.
