Bellway - Fielders Quarter

Existing flat owner here in 2023 . My service charge for 2023 is 3600 on a 2 bed and I fear it will only go up further! I bought it the year before and was sold it at 2400 in 2022 . How does an experienced developer Bellway and lease manager Pinnacle estimate your charge so low in the first year ? They dont - they just hire a smart accountant and marketing team. They lure you in through low services charge and supposed 2 year warranty but feels like they charge it all back to you via increased service charges. You are looking at paying nearly double in the following years where they recuperate all those low charges back from you Lovely area here and lovely community but just be aware of the realistic service charges youre getting into- the sales team need to be more upfront about the service charge costs

Could you give a developer 5 stars? I waited for some time before I write this review as we moved into our place at barking riverside 18 months ago. So far it has been great and only keeps getting better. While there were a few hiccups along the way bellway sales team tried their to look after our interest and when we moved in the after care service were very helpful and resolved any issues right away, in fact after care experience was more than great . Now that we live here we see the area improving by the day, its really developing at in an unprecedented pace in less then 6 months we had a riverboat station, a new overground making connections to london very easy and a new super market. Also theres a growing sense of community as most ppl are new.

I have been interested in purchasing an apartment with Fielder Quarter since phase 1. Over the last 6 months or longer I have had the pleasure of speaking to Melania Rus, who has given by far, the best service with the customer service sales team since I have been in contact with Bellway. Eagerly awaiting the latest release I would call overly frequently for updates when this could be available. Melania always took the time to speak to me and call me back with an update if she was not available at the time. I have recently purchased an apartment in the latest phase and couldnt be happier. I also met Sasha when reserving the property, everyone in the sales team was really polite and welcoming. Melania invited me down more recently for an upgrades and colour appointment. Which, again, I received exceptional service. Melania took the time to talk me through all the options, where at no point did I feel rushed into any decisions or pressured to make a decision. I felt my appointment over run a bit but again every part of the service was magnificent. I had time to think over every decision and really look forward to seeing everything come together on completion. I would personally like to thank Melania for her customer service that she has provided me with over the entire time I have been in contact with her. She has consistently been fantastic and gone over and above for me. She has been everything Ive needed at the right time, being informative, compassionate and patient. Thank you Melania!
