They lure you in through low services charge and supposed 2 year warranty but dont be fooled please as they work closely with the Pinnacle Group Lease Managers . You are looking at paying nearly double in the following years where they recuperate all those low charges back from you
Its a lovely area and lovely community but just be aware what your real service charge will be and dont be fooled in with lower costs
