        Had a delivery problem with my order, due for collection from East ham branch but sent out for delivery to invoice address. Mel at Barking sorted out the problem for me with stock items and gave me a very helpful and professional service. Brian.

        Nice to go into a branch and be able to walk around to pick up bits you need. Sometimes you see items on the shelf that you need but didn't think about. (Currently you can't walk about due to pandemic) This branch is really big and clean. CCTV covers the carpark which is reassuring. Well done
