We are a young startup named LeavingCard.com who have been using a B2B printing service for many months (a very good service, however not a personalised one). We were not sure whether that company would be able to handle larger volumes when we launched and scaled up so we approached Prime Group as they have many positive reviews on the web. I can genuinely say that we have been made to feel very special & valued, and that the company have really understood our position, going that extra mile to make us successful (which is in their interest too after all!). In this day and age a small startup can face-off against much larger corporates in terms of market share. If we are ever lucky enough to do that, Prime Group will be central to our growth and expansion - a very happy customer!

We tried many different printers inn the past and I seriously don't think there is an on-demand printer out there as professional, friendly and that shows as much care and support as these guys. We use Prime for Saronti.com personalised books, pads, posters, greeting cards and many more items. Quality is amazing, great price, good turnaround time. Can't fault them at all. And our account manager "Rob", is so helpful, friendly and has no issue answering urgent emails outside of business hours if he's online. Really impressed.
