        Gate keeper and especially the guy behind the counter were both very helpful, with a parcel with an unreable delivery address (which meant they couldn't deliver my parcel to me).

        I wish i could give zero stars. They tried delivering my brp as and when they wished after the scheduled delivery date. I cannot sit at home for a whole week to wait for a delivery. I have a life and work to attend like everyone else. They are taking advantage of the contract they have with the Home Office, and i hope they lose their contract.

        just one word to the drivers shame on you, you playing with people documents... If you don't want to deliver just go find another job do waste time and money of people

        I've had a horrible experience with my courier delivering my passport. This is the second day in a row they've told me I wasn't home when I was. Now I'm having to resort to collection. But seeing the reviews, it makes sense now!! I'm not the only one going through it. Today they buzzed my flat at 11:01am, I answered, they hung up on me straight away and by the time I ran down (im only on the first floor) they were long gone. By the time my concierge was searching the streets with me it was only 11:03am. Judging by the blurry photo of my intercom, it looks as if they must've ran off. I was calling to complain by 11:06am but apparently they can't track couriers as they're holding important stuff. I don't trust them at all with my stuff. Should be a crime running off with my passport TWICE.
