Terrible I was literally stood in the kitchen looking out my window and saw a dpd van drive in the car park near my back garden I assumed they drove away to go round and give the parcel to the front door but nope I got a message saying apparently no one was in when I was literally in my kitchen waiting for a knock now I have to go to a local shop just to collect it terrible terrible service

The worse service. My door swap was due on a Tuesday and they text me on Sunday to say there on there way so I leave the job Im at and sit indoors for the rest of the day for the driver to pretend he knocked then come Tuesday the simpleton that they send this time wouldnt swap the drill as I dont need a new battery so he was told he can take it with the old drill as it is only the body that was arranged to be swapped then he refused and run off. Drive hyudat and Marin. Complete simpletons and will be at there work before them tomorrow

Incompetent delivery drivers at Dagenham DPD depot and powerless DPD customer services liasing with the Depot Manger who apparently assured they will come back same day ? (Notwithstanding there must be some that do a decent job ) this has happened 3 times waiting in all day . Wrong address again! totally screwed up my weekend job waiting for crucial machinery. Ill contact CEO , Ive already complained to the Supplier about his carrier DPD , Ill also contact agent taking order . What a shambolic organisation
