Monolith (UK) - Dagenham

Called in on behalf of my client to chalenge unfair dismissal and harassment and work. It's very hard to get through (as they hang up the phone) and ignore emails. Person who handled the call -Anastasia refused to put me through to any of the managers or director and claimed she was busy. That's very rude and unexaptable. Avoid dealing with Monolith UK ltd at any cost !

Monolith is discriminating people based on their religion and nationality. That's is not expectable in todays society! Also it's impossible to get through and Anastasia who handled the call would benefit from customer service skills training/development, as they are non existent. Will be taking further action as the phone call was recorded.

Company is very poorly run. It's extremley cold in their shops and sell by dates are not followed as per UK guidlines. Also food labelling is very poor and they fail to give food information to consumers which is required by the UK law. Been dealing with them for 3 months and it was worst experience in my life. Avoid if you are customer or a potential employee!

Working conditions are very bad and a lot of discrimination is happening at Monolith. I was forced to leave simply because of my nationality!
