Amazing sourdough bread making course. Dani has a huge depth of knowledge, technical know how and gives clear, step by step instructions. A very warm and fun individual, I would definitely recommend Danis course.

I went to a 'Wim Hof Fundamentals' day and was bowled over by the intensity of the day, as well as by the empathy and support from Dani & Will. I learnt so much and had some amazing conversations with other participants. Somehow Dani and Will made it all fun - including the ice bath!

I attended Danis Wim Hoff Well-being, Breathing and IceBath day. Although feeling anxious at first, Dani and Will, the Wim Hoff instructor, helped to calm the nerves. The breathing exercises were an intense experience that brought about feelings of great calm, and the ice bath was exhilarating. An amazing and unforgettable day with wonderful people. I intend to put the breathing and cold showers into my daily practice.

I attended Dani's Breath and Ice Bath workshop and absolutely loved it! As someone who is not perhaps challenging themselves right now, or drawn to try anything new, it really made me have a complete new look at the tools I am using to get through everyday life and what I really need to be doing and trying. The ice bath was an enormous challenge - I am not at all drawn to water, especially not freezing water, but I did it! AND it really wasn't all that bad! I'll be doing this workshop again!
