My son really enjoyed his time at Busy Bees. All the staff have been fantastic, especially his key worker. He has learnt a lot and made lots of friends. The outside space is particularly good and used daily. The extra activities they arrange for the children were great - including afternoon discos, sports day, graduation party and the Christmas song show. The staff ensured he was prepared for school and worked a lot on building the children's confidence. Most importantly he had lots of fun!

I would highly recommend this nursery. We moved home 18months ago on top of which, the covid pandemic closing several nurseries and both parents being key workers has meant moving nurseries several times. I have therefore had insight from seeing how all these other nurseries work. I am so happy that we eventually got a place at Busy Bees in Thames Ditton after nearly a year on the waiting list. The staff seem genuinely caring and interested in the development of the children. They go the extra mile to put on fun activities, often dressing up and being inventive. I enjoy seeing photos along with feedback on the parent portal and overall the communication is good from the room staff and management team. The facilities seem good with a lovely big outside area.

The admin staff are rude and abrupt, I put on the application form that I wanted my daughter to only go to nursery for the mornings and they put her down to start 8-1pm which runs into the afternoon and I have to pay the extra 2 hours a day as the full free funding is apparently full I was clear that I wanted her to recieve the free funding she was entitled to and there was no problem until I recieved the letter claiming the extra hours and the upfront cost of 75.00 I have to pay to hold my daughters place. I was also told I will have to find another nursery. I do not understand how free funding can be full when there are spaces and I only wanted her to go from 9-12am. I was disappointed in the way I was spoken to and if the staff can talk to parents like that how would they have spoken to my daughter while in their care. I will take that ladys advice and go and find a more professional and warmer nursery

I have been a parent at BusyBees Thames Ditton since June 2015, my youngest is still at the nursery. Both my children have enjoyed and thrived at BusyBees. The staff in all aged rooms have been fantastic (my eldest started when he was 9 months), looking after their needs, encouraging their learning & development in a fun way and encouraging their friendship. the outside space, separated by class, was a real plus when we first looked round and the fact that they use it all year round is brilliant.
