Really appreciated recent emergency phone consultation with Dr Taki on both an accute back problem and neurodiversity issue: thorough, warm but efficient questioning, v clear explanation of likely causes and options for treatment; and advice on how to navigate diagnosis process. they said on Thursday last week that I have an appointment on Monday 24th of April 9:50am, so today I went and they said that my name isn't booked, so I have lost a days work for nothing, I urge anyone that wants to book here to just go somewhere else, it's not worth losing a day's wages because of there poor service

Dr Taki always takes time to listen and reassure. I never feel rushed or foolish discussing my health. The reception team are always courteous.
