Cyclelink

I phoned Cyclelink at 1200 on a Saturday to ask if they could replace a burst inner tube any time soon (having had no luck at other local bike shops), thinking I'd have to wait a few days. Amazingly, they had it replaced by 1245 and repaired the Sturmey Archer three speed at the same time for no extra cost! What a service! Would highly recommend!

Dropped my bike in for a general service and found the team to be extremely accommodating and helpful. Quick turnaround, good communication on what was needed and when it would be ready. Most importantly it felt like a new bike wen I got it back!! My only request would be one day of early or late opening as I'm in London every day and shop hours in the week don't allow much time to collect/drop if you can't work at home. Otherwise outstanding service, will be back

Wow, customer service at its finest. The guys here were clearly very busy after the sunny Easter weekend but they took the time to look at my bike without prior booking and fixed a gear / chain problem for me, there and then. They also went above and beyond by adjusting my brakes whilst they were at it. They kept my young son entertained whilst they worked away and gave him chocolates as we left. Charged me for only 10 mins work. Outstanding. Will be coming back here for full services, etc. Thank you
