Helen Jarvis Aromatherapy

Ive been having reflexology sessions with Helen for over a year and I always leave feeling a little lighter and much more relaxed. Helen is so kind, a great listener and always knows what I need, even before Ive worked it out myself. Thanks so much Helen (and for your great sense of humour)!

Helen offers a range of services and I have taken advantage of her expertise in massage and reflexology. She is highly competent and knowledgeable and continues to want to learn new techniques to offer her clients. She is also engaged in teaching and I intend to go to a meditation workshop asap. Helen has a very sympathetic personality but is also down to earth and practical. She gives excellent advice to back up her treatments and offers follow-up sessions when necessary. I have recommended her to several people who have been very pleased with her services.

Helen is a really lovely therapist. The aromatherapy massage is heavenly. I always feel well balanced after I've had a treatment with Helen. I loved her course 'Introduction to Reflexology' at Esher college, she was such an inspiring teacher, after 1 session I decided I wanted to be a reflexologist and so, my wonderful, life changing, journey as a holistic therapist began - thank you Helen I will be eternally grateful!!

I have been coming to Helen for Reflexology and Aromatherapy massage over 10 years now, since I was pregnant with my 2nd son. She has also practiced Feng Shui in my home with amazing results. Helen has a wealth of experience and is a fantastic intuitive healer using many different techniques to suit each individual.
