Yoga Thame

I love Yoga Thame! I generally attend Vicki's classes and cannot recommend them highly enough - they have been an absolute saviour during lockdown. Vicki creates a relaxed and welcoming space which is accommodating for all levels - modifications always provided for those who want to do less or who may want to level up. Far from being intimidating, classes over Zoom feel intimate whilst also providing the comfort of being part of a community. Vicki's instruction is clear and concise allowing practice without even having to look at the screen. I really appreciate that Vicki stays true to the traditions and rituals of Yoga and every practice is different, challenging and illuminating - providing a beautifully holistic work out for the mind, body and soul. I always feel so connected to my body and like I'm walking on air at the end of each class. If I could give Yoga Thame a million star rating I would!

Yoga Thame has been a shining light down the long and sometimes dark tunnel of the past year. The yoga has been spot on and the teachers unfailingly cheerful and supportive. They have provided inspiration and relief, can't thank them enough, long may they continue.

Absolutely love this online yoga site. I can practice daily in a live class or log on and practice at my own convenience. Thank you ladies... and great to see you all. Carrie xx

A fantastic group of teachers giving a range of online yoga classes and workshops. The classes, even though online right now are varied and thorough so even if you're just a beginner they should be easy to follow.

Thank goodness for Yoga Thame! Ive done more yoga than I thought possible because of the way this has been organised. I love making as many live lessons as possible but I dont worry if I cant make them as they are all available to watch after. The additional workshops are fab too. All of the teachers are so encouraging and professional as well as super friendly and fun. Highly recommend
