The 5 week course was a big commitment but completely worth it to learn the insights of time management and the techniques that I can use in everyday life personally and professionally. The methodology of Sticky Learning and Keepers has definitely resonated and Darren's coaching techniques were engaging and tailored to each individuals needs.

This was a really effective course, and different in that it started with methods to ensure the content was actually retained. The science of learning was covered before the content of the course. The day with Darren made me really review what I do daily and how how our shoppers think - and combined the two to create Sales Projects designed to hit my KPIs. Love that there was no PowerPoint as well!
